project gets stuck on 1 url

I have a list of around 800 verified urls (and it does NOT include the url: secure.diigo.com/sign-up)

After around 280 verified links it gets stuck with this particular url (secure.diigo.com/sign-up) and does not proceed with other urls.

Any solution?
