What is the purpose of "E-Mail verification/Create New"?
Can FREE EMAIL CREATE by GSA SER?

    catch all means all email you submit on Email Verification setting will forwarded to one email only.

    of course you can create new email with create new feature but it came from listed provider.

    "Create New" will use disposable email services like discard.email
    However they are not very stable and you should consider using real email accounts.
