Just creating blogs

How can I just create Web 2 blogs with GSA... Without posting anything... I need to post after manually in french.

It is possible or not please ?

Don't found any method

you can use a high number in the settings for scheduled posting -> wait XYZ minutes on first post. However you will see then a lot submissions and no verified. After some time you have to export account data using right click->modify->export->account data...
