What files to move if I want to keep sata hard disk idle?

edited February 2013 in Need Help
I have 2 hard disk. One normal, one SSD. As you all might know, normal hard drive can be turned off after a certain time of idle (this will prolong the life of the hard disk), while SSD does not have this problem.

So I want to move all the files that GSA writes and read to the SSD hard drive.

I have already moved all the "successful", "verified", "failed", "identified" to the SSD one.

Is there any more files?

Cheers

Well usually you have your SSD as system disk, so the files are than automatically on that one.

If you use your SSD not as system disk, you might want to change that anyway.

  • You can Backup all your projects And Backup SER settings.

Yes Sven. Thanks for answering but I moved my document out of the SSD, since SSD is smaller than the SATA drive in terms of volume. Thus the appdata is in the SATA driver.
