How do I simply ping a large list of urls?

I have about 3000 urls which I want to just ping to get them indexed. How do I go about doing this simple task using GSA SER?

one way would be to import them as verified urls in a project (right click on project->show urls->verified urls->...) and then send them to the PING services from their with right click again.

Thanks ... that should work .. Where can I find the ping server lists? I'm seeing a few failures and want to remove them to be efficient. Thanks Sven

Found it ... it takes a few restarts for it to stop using the servers I unselected.
