Question about using global site list...

Some questions about using global site
list.

In each project, we can select to use urls
from global site list.

Let's say I have 2000 identified site list
(with several platforms) and I use this list for my submission.

If the project submitted to the 1000th site
and my vps crashed or I update GSA, will GSA continue to submit from 1001th
site or start from the first site?

The same question, if I use scrapbox to
scrape sites and use GSA to identify the platform (In this time, GSA is
submitting links). Will GSA submit link for the new identified sites or ignore
them?

    URLs from global sites lists are randomly loaded. There is no order so a crash has no influence.
