How do you cross reference links?

I think I'm missing the setting, I've watched the videos and searched here but can't find the answer! How do I insert (automatically) links from the rest of my linkwheel into my spun content? For example I want to link two tier2 wordpress blogs together.  Like here: http://ibseo.com/simple-seo/the-most-important-search-engine-optimisation-elements/ (not mine) they then link to Squidoo which then links to their moneysite. Or is this different tiers only?

    Maybe you are looking for %verified_url% and %verified_anchor_text%.

    Will this insert a verified link at random from the same tier?

    OK, thanks. A question then, what happens if I do this, will the first article link to itself, since it has no other links yet in that tier?

    If your project has no verified URLs, it will insert %url% and %anchor_text% there.
