WordPress Self Server Ad Plugin

Hey there,

I'm looking for a WordPress plugin (Paid or Free) that allows users to buy banner ad space, and put ads into rotation.

Here is a good example of what I'm looking for: http://topg.org/Runescape (5 ad slots rotate each time page is refreshed, total amount of ads is about 20-30 but they all rotate)

Anybody knows where I can get something similar?
