Indeed, i also made the update from 11.45 to 11.46 and gsa ser doesn't start anymore. Tried many times to open gsa but nothing appeared on the screen. how to solve this issue ?

@ksatul yes its almost 2017 and all gov agency tries to put and end to spam, online piracy. what if google tried to pay a hefty amount to link building tool devs to stop spam

The previous version is always available in the SER folder:
c:\Program files(x86)\GSA Search Engine Ranker\Search_Engine_Ranker_old.exe

Thank you, it works.

In addition to killing the process, I proceeded to remove the .exe from the GSA SER folder.
