Usually this is a keyword research issue and people are trying to rank for crazy stuff like, also having a web 2 as your money site could be the problem. A previous method I used was to use web 2 as my T1 links and try rank them in the top 100 for the keyword and that would push the moneysite into the top three usually. Although the web 2 dont show up in the top 300 now the MS still ranks so that could be another issue.
One problem with this kind of thing on here, BHW and Reddit is people don't realise that profitable and competitive keywords are very different things. For ease of math say you have a competative keyword pulling in $10,000 per month but its costing your $9,500 per month to keep ranked then you are only keeping $500. Then say you do what I do and have a profitable keyword pulling $1000 per month but it only costs you say $50 per month or just a one time cost of say $200 or something, the profitable keyword is easier to rank and more profitable.
Unfortinatley I put a lot of money into developing my keyword research method so theres no way I will share anything to do with it other than KC scores are a waste of time.
Inbox me one of your keywords and I will reply in this thread as to what I think.
I only just got the message with the second set of keywords, I checked the top 3 and theres no reason SER cant rank them using the stuff I have posted.
These are some problems I suspect....
Bad On Page.
Bad Keyword density.
Anchor text over optimization.
Somethings wrong with your tiers.
Its hosted on a Web 2.
Your rank tracker is set up wrong.
Inbox me the link to the page for one of the top three keywords for your second batch of keywords and I will give it the once over for you.
Just got your domains, did you just copy and paste all the content of the main site? The article I checked is literally a copy and paste of the companies site, its never going to rank.
What I do is bring up the top 10 results and get the content length for all, add them togeather, divide it by 10 to get an average and then add 1000 to it and that's my article length.
This might not be economical though depending on your monitisation method. I use 500 words on some keywords though but I know they are wide open.

Thank you for replying me
"They are just too board and open to authority sites to beat you"
How can I do it?
Something else, there is a special instruction of blogspot sites?
I have informed my site designer to regulate the articles 500 words with keyword density.
I think 500 words.
