"Already parsed" error when "allow to post to site again" is checked?

My tier of non-contextuals is set to post to sites again and again etc.

Yet I'm seeing a lot of "already parsed" errors in the log, filtering via all my non-contextual tiers.

Wonder why this is?

    This will happen if the site failed before I think. Make sure to tick "Continuously try to post to site even if failed before" as well.

    Also make sure you ticked "by urls" in the "Allow to post to site again" section.
