I use loopline and top it up with some self scrape stuff.
Just out of curiosity what directed you to those two services? The only list seller activly engaged in the community is 1linklist and he helps out a fair bit but I never see him mentioned much. I havent tried him out myself yet but he is next on my list is something goes wrong with Looplines list.

I would say we get glossed over mostly because we do not advertise as heavily as most competing services. Were ok with it - past a certain number of members, list quality becomes much harder to maintain.

I want to do a split test of list sellers against the actual usable link yield their list provides but i'm not giving SeRocket another penny.

I scrape my own. Only takes a short use of my resources every day. The main benefit is I get a spot on targeted list for my kw's. Why would you use a generic list that everyone else is pounding with spam?? Doesn't make sense to me unless you don't know how to scrape. Not knocking list providers, there is a place for everyone in seo, but if you are serious about ranking, scraping your own list is a must (imo).
