Can SER use two folders to pull targets from?

If I set SER to pull links from 2 site list folders instead of 1 folder, is that possible?
Right now I have set it so SER pull links from my submitted folder, but wonder if I can set up targets in the Identified aswell, and checking both identified and submitted in options "how to get target URLs?
