Links are not appearing on article backlinks

Hi,
I just start a new campaign.
After taking a closer look i see that on my text backlinks ( 1200 words readable article ) are no links to my website like it should be.
Maybe i forget somethin on SER setup? Is there any way to set how many links to set on a article backlink?

    there are options to skip link placements:

    a) citation anchor text is used
    b) scheduled posting with "no link on XX% of posts" is used
    c) scheduled posting with "no link on 1st/only on last post" is used

    well I don't know what you are trying here? I thought you want links and no citation flow?

    Actually i want links but i want to keep it save....i am generating 10-20 article links per day. Will it be save to keep the links appearing 100% disabling the options you mention above?

    Oh thats a SEO related question which I leave out to be answered by real SEO experts here. After all Im just a coder. And on my view, each site is different and needs different SEO.
