Email Find settings

I enter in a hotmail login and password and click find settings and this google search box pops up.

    What do you have entered in "Your E-Mail"?

    I can't remember but that probably was the problem as I just tried it with the proper email filled in on "Your E-Mail" and it worked as it should. I was thinking I could fill in the email login on email verification click find settings then click update "Your E-Mail" and that would work but obviously it needs the control filled out to find the settings. I just thought it found the settings from the login control.
