Import urls (identify platforms and sort in) not working

I have recently scraped 3 million links and now I am trying to use the "Import urls (identify platforms and sort in)" http://prntscr.com/d3qawm Feautre from gsa ser. I import the text file with 3 million links to be indentified but gsa ser identified only 90,000 and shows 250,000 as unknown. I know identified will be low but the total of identified and unknowns is not equal to 3 million. Why gsa ser is only processing few links from the file and not all?     i have no inbox but yes, please send that file and I have a look. Maybe some EOF character is inbetween that file and causing it to load less data as expected.

    I would just import all 3 million to 10-15 SER projects, and let it sort & identify as it processes them.
