Error when adding hotmail emails

The emails work, i login in fine manually.

This is the error after i add an email that i logged in manually before in the browser

This are the setting, i added them manually in gsa so no mistakes here

    Sounds like the account got some sort of a soft-ban (disabled pop3 access). Try importing that email to any other pop3 / imap client (Outlook for example) and see if it works there.

    you are right, contacted the seller and got a refund
