How to find all my backlink and disavow links

I saw in google that i should go on my webmaster tool, i have over 3k backlinks but i coudnt take them or see them in my webmaster.

How i can find them and delete the shit one? Thanks you.

Any records you've kept, Ahrefs, Majestic, Specialized Google Queries, and whatever Google WMT is nice enough to show you (They never show the whole story, in my experience.)

Finding and disavowing links is a serious PITA. Its why agencies charge so much for it.
