In my anchor text is "x rates converter" in url field I have gave my website sub pages(permalink) randomly.In that "x rates converter"  page 

I have gave anchor text in anchor field.In that "X rates converter" article submission  rule I can identify the matching "X rates converter" anchor for "x rates
converter" page url
