Which is a Good VPS to use for all these SEO tools?

Hi guys,
Just after a little help here. I'm just starting out with GSA-SER, trawled through the forum and found a few answers to this question but they conflict a bit because of the additional tools i also want to run on the same VPS. Any thoughs please as to which is the best package out of the following, thanks:

Here's the tools i'd like to run on the same VPS:
* GSA-SER (& CB)
* SENukeTNG (lol, am i the only one still using this!)
* Money Robot Submitter

Here's the choice of VPS packages.......but which one :-O ?

C)  Serverhosh.com:
HDD VPS - Xeon E5 (6 core); 250Gb HDD Raid space; 6GB DDR3 RAM; Speed 1Gbps
SSD Duplex VPS - Xeon E3 (4 core); 50Gb SSD space; 6GB DDR4 ECC RAM; Speed 1Gbps

Any thoughts or suggestions much appreciated. Thanks guys.

    High RAM and SSD should be on top of your list. I would go with whoever offers most, but can't comment on which of those are more reliable.
