Avoid SERocket like the plague mate, I have used loopline in the past and it used to be pretty bad but I made a thread a while back pointing out what was wrong with list sellers and he updated a few things and last time I used it the service seemed pretty solid.
I have never used @1linklist but to my knowledge he is the only list seller who takes the time to post here and help the GSA community out when he has free time. To me that says more than how many target URLs are in the lists, hes using his time to help people out when he can and not just in threads about buy lists to try toute business and his advice is always spot on so I am confident he knows the tool set.
I dont want to name any names but back when I was coaching people on setting their SER stuff up there used to be a seller here (might still be here) who didnt have a clue what he was doing and it ended up taking so much time to repaire the damage he had done to the owners rigs.
@Shaun I admit I don't come around as often as I like. I get pretty tied up in Scrapebox stuff (sorry its my first love, lol) and then always run out of time. (at least I spend a lot of time helping folks in that department).

I also have a list service plus custom captchas for CB that will help to increase solve rates.
My service is going through some changes right now, namely my Auto Sync. In the process of updating it so the lists get updated multiple times daily instead of updates every few days. This update will be completed this weekend.
My service is not as well known as other list sellers as I don't advertise it much.
