How non english country user can use SER efficiently?

i from non english country .

actually i bought ser  long time ago but couldn't use efficiently or almost can't good result.

one of biggest reason is almost all platform engine is related for english country user.

i want to ask several question..

for instance, can i insert non english keyword into what i created english article and post to english forum?

but i heard this kind of posting could receive penalty from google.

that is true? 

or best way to usage is i create new platform using scriptor which specific in my country and language then posting?

please advice to me , what is best way to use for non english user .

I dont know why you would destroy SERs capabilities with forum/guestbooks but yes, thats possible. No problem.

If you dont understand why a forum/guestbook link is going to destroy your site, you need to learn SEO before you use a tool like SER, you'll destroy your or your clients sites otherwise.
