How Can I turn off detect public proxies

Hello,

I am trying to add Private Proxies and cannot because it says abort where it normally says add proxies. Is there any way to disable searching for public proxies so that I can add private ones?

I unchecked search every 60 minutes but it still hasn't chagned it.

well just check the abort button as it is already searching and testing. you can then add your proxies and the scanner/tester will continue once the time is up again.
