All i have checked was the beta WP site...FYI..so not sure if its that.....

Go here - http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784

Download and run vcredist_x64 and vcredistx86.

Fixed it for me.

we are not using that dll, so at leastthat error can not be from our software directly.
