    @sven Are we even going to get Javascript support? Surely if it can be done on SERengines2, it should be able to be used on custom engines...

    yes it will be possible once all is finished and we have this other portal running i guess.

    Just for clarification @sven, does this mean we will be able to create our own web 2 engines using the plugin you and James are working on?

    I was under the impression it would be for SERE use only.

    @shaun He seems to be implying it will eventually be possible to use Javascript on custom engines... I hope this is accurate... This would be huge for engine creators...

    well I have to discuss that with James first. But that was the original plan yes.

    @Sven Even if it was a one-time payment for "Javascript support edition," it would be worth it. So many sites I post to are switching over to the new "invisible recaptcha" Javascript which GSA doesn't currently support.

    @sven could you have a word with James next time you talk?

    As @seoaddict said even if it's an additional fee or unlocks for custom engine use if you have a SERE subscription it would be worth it.
