How to choose tier1 now when there is no PR?

I see there is addon program to check TR/Yandex but GSA still has option "do not post if PR below".

ANy way to still make GSA automaticlaly choose "PR" (but chekcing Yandex etc) and not poisting on crappy sites for PR1 ?

    The YandexTIC metric is mapped to PR from Google. That options still have some effect again, now that PR was discontinoued.

    SO PR3 in old Google would still be "PR3 in YandexTIC" now yes - no need to run 3rd party software or edit anything? Does YandexTIC need some account or i just tick it and im good to go?

    Well yes and no. I tried to define the ranges as close as possible to map things as best as it can be. Of course you will still get sites where PR is now different.

    No account is however required here.
