Test Frequency?

What is the frequency for which GSA PS re-tests proxies? 

It seems that when I login and click on the 'test' option that more than half the proxies - sometimes three quarters fail.  

So I am wondering how is it not catching these without my manually having to do it?  Ideally I'd like to have it automated and testing proxies reguarly but I don't see any option for this in the settings - just the option to test them (which doesn't appear to run frequently)...

    This testing can be setup in options.

    However, on the export options you have a "reliability" options. New proxies get added with 90% reliability as value. Over time they get up to 100% if they stay online for a longer time and decrease once they are not online. In the end you can use this as a good parameter to export and use only stable proxies.
