GSA SER Licensed not Working in New Windows

After a new windows setup my GSA SER serial not working. I have waited 5 days but still now its not working.
Whenever I put my serial and restart the program it's again asking for the serial. Please advise.

    Some things to try. 

    Right click on the desktop icon > run as administrator > then enter license EXACTLY as shown in your email. It's best to copy and paste it.

    Also, make sure no firewall/virus protector can block the software from communicating with the licensing server.

    i had the same problem like you, check that you enter your name and license exactly as in the email
