Verificiation Failures

Hello, I'm new to GSA (been using it for about 2 weeks) and now having all of my verification's failed. 

I know from reading the other discussions I will need to provide some more information. Please let me know what I need to provide. 

I was also wondering if from the latest 2 or 3 updates anyone had problems with verification's as well?

Thank you very much Alex, I had 135 engines checked and I changed it back to the original 4 engines. Thank you for our help.

do you have any filters? pr, obl, badwords?

No filters rodol...should i?

No don't use filters to find out your problem... can you post pictures of your settings, to stop guessing.
