VPS and Windows 10

Hi,
Today i try to buy a VPS account to install my GSA products but with all the providers i talk they say that the didn't accept to VPS service if i am running  Windows 10.
For example Solid SEO's answer was:

Thank you for the update, windows 10 Pro is not part of Microsoft SPLA for cloud provider, only Windows Server editions

We only Provide Windows 2008 R2 and Windows 2012 R2

So the question i want to make now is if its 100% secure to run GSA on my home pc and use shared proxies.

    Yes, most VPS use server 08 or 12 and that's what we install the software on. They are saying they don't offer Windows 10 as an operating system on their VPS, but you can still use a VPS even if your home machine has Windows 10. 

    All GSA software runs fine on the windows operating system they offer.

    Just trying to clarify.

    I am working on my pc more than 12 hours/day so actually if GSA SER is 100% secure using shared proxies i can run GSA from my home pc.

    If you use proxies everywhere then yes.
