Small Number of PR0 Links When Filtered Out

Hello,

Does anyone know why when filtering out PR0 links, a small number of links still get through? I'm using GSA SER 11.12 and GSA PR Emulator 1.12. I would assume that the links in question are identified as PR0 but then somehow still gets posted to. Is it possible that the link is identified as PR1 but then in the Last verified URL's list it's showing up at PR0? Here'a an example.

    I more think it'S some link placed before the PR filter was enabled or even created with a tool beside SER.
