"No Targets To Post To" Error + "Could Not Find New Article"

Hello,

I'm getting the below error all of the sudden:

1. No targets to post to (maybe blocked by search engines, no site list enabled, no engines allowing url extraction chosen, no scheduled posting) [first appeared at
2. Could not find a new article, add some new!

What exactly does this mean?

I have got about 15 keywords, articles, web 2.0's, wiki's and social bookmarks selected as tier 1. I also have restricted submissions to one article per account (I only have 1 super spun article to begin with).

Am I doing something wrong?

    problem 2 is the cause for problem 1. ...
    And problem 2 is the option you checked to make sure not to submit articles more than xyz tiles per/site/account (last option in article manager).

    Is it recommended to uncheck the system and allow multiple posts per domain/url?

    that depends on your articles. If you use heavy spin syntax, than it makes sense to uncheck it or at least allow more than one article to be submitted.
