Download failed, SockError: Connection refused

I keep getting this error for a ton of domains. Not sure why. Below are my configurations. 

SolidSEOVPS HighlineXtreme 4GB
300 threads (30 private proxies)
11 projects running at a time
url lists by SERVerifiedlists

The issue is not with the lists or the proxies as I have tested both of them. Any reason why that might be happening?

    is that url from the error message actually working in browser?

    Yup. It's working. That's how I tested if the issue wasn't with the list.

    You were right. The issue is with the sitelist. Only 1 or 2 urls out of 50 are working.
