WP Upload Content/Sitemap/Site Structure Through an Excel Spreadsheet?

Hi

I want to layout a new and very large site on WordPress but as I find WP slow and clunky, I want to upload an Excel spreadsheet with all categories, sub-categories and pages on there, rather than create them on WP - is that possible. I have AllUpload and DataFeedr which essentially do that, but I don't know what the correct way about doing this would be.

The site could have endless amounts of pages and probably 100s of categories.

I know this probably doesn't make any sense but any help would be great,
