URL list question

I have only selected to save submitted and verified list.... so my concern is, 
1- if ser scrape one url and this url is not submitted or verified, SER will keep parsing this url every time one of my projects found it, because its not on any list?

    Hmm I can't follow that question really.

    I am only saving, submitted and verified lists.... but lets say SER scrape a new target and try to post to it, lets say a blog to post a comment, that url didn't get submitted or verified because whatever reason.. SER wont save this url on any of my list, so that means SER can try to post to that url Again....

    No it will not as it saves the sites it has tried to post to as well unless you have enabled the option "Continuously try to post to a site even if failed before"

    How many times does it continually try an post for with that setting?
