Question About Using Proxy Scraper with SER

Hey guys, I posted this on the Proxy Scraper thread, but there's not a lot of traffic over there, so I'm reposting here:

I'm not a heavy GSA SER user. I have a main site which is for an offline business. I also have a couple of other sites I try to rank mainly for fun. So my needs aren't as extreme as many others that use SER. For someone like me, do you think I could get by using Proxy Scraper scraped proxies for both scraping for sites and also for posting in SER? Or, do you think I'd still need private/semi-private proxies in addition?
