How Identified list is working?

In the link 719,245 identified target URLs are having . Advanced/tools/import site lists/identified process  and I have downloaded.

1) How it can be reflecting
2) For my niche T1 site project how it is useful
3) How this option is working.... Please  explain
4) To work out  Advanced/Identified folder and project/options/use urls from global site lists if enabled  I have ticked this option I need to tick both options...

    Import the list directly to your GSA project (Select them, right click, import target urls from file).

    Gsa will then process them into verified for you.

    Can I use files of others .sl identified/verified file? coz I'm running contextual/do follow T1 campaign.  

    It has been from 719,245 files identified folder transfer.

    When my schedule daily submission limit 50 SER identified folder that will be taken only from daily 50 files will submit?

    Project->imported target url
    Options/Advanced -> imported target url

    Which is best? Why gsa ser integreate two target url options.

    the one in advanced is for site lists, the other for the project itself.

    site lists can be used by all projects so they share sites to submit to...importing sites to a project only are just usable there.
