How to add automatically article T2,T3

I have created T1 100 spun article from in Article manager, I have created lower tiers from T1 to T2 and T2 to T3

Question:

In T1 I have added extra 100 spun article. I want to add automatically T2,T3 the T1 spun article.

or

Is this need to create separate spun article for T2,T3, 

what is the procedure for T2,T3
