GSA SER IS SHOWING GOOGLE PR AGAIN

Hi all..after google pr update gsa ser had started showing all website's pr 0 but from few days it has again started showing pr 0-4.So anyone can tell me the reason and logic behind it? Thanks in advance.

    Actually, I was just checking one of my SER copies that use PRJacker to get TF/CF of the sites and I see SER showing in the log PR to low but i'm not seeing the PRJacker log doing anything. None of the target URLs have PR with them, so not sure where SER is getting the PR value from. I don't have yandex checked at all in my settings.
