How to keep users logged into Forums?

@sven - can you make SER log into forums after its successfully verified the profile?

This would be useful because on the homepage of some forums you see Active Users Online.

    that would not be there for long as most of the time your browser sends a ping telling them that you are still logged in.

    @sven - can it be done to login after verification just incase the search engine bots come visiting at that time.

    Hmm that instant verification is already doing it like that.
    1. login
    2. submission
    3. verification with another thread (no cookies, other proxy if possible, other user agent...=> basically fake another user)
    4. check if link is there
    5. quit (without logout)
