Sites without PR and with PR 0 still used

Have found that sites without PR and with PR 0 still used even so in settings set to skip sites with PR below 1 and with uknown PR.
Can see this in last verified urls.

I believe it says somewhere that it's never 100% accurate, same with country detection...

Are you using proxys to find the PR by the way? If not, I would recommend trying it.
