The password of my emails not accepting by GSA

Email verification part in GSA , test fail every time. not accepting the passwords of my emails. can any one help?

    All I can say is that mine and I assume everyone elses version of the software is working fine otherwise the forum would be full of others saying the same thing.

    Not something simple like if you're copy/pasting the passwords in, that you're not picking up a trailing white space? Maybe try manually typing the password into the box?

    Did you click "Find Settings" ?

    Yes clicking on "Find Settings"  but nothing happened there?

    did you highlight an account? If so and nothing is changed, then it usually has the setting that SER would use by default.
