Scheduler - Stop Projects With Active Pause
I saw the thread where this was requested, but what does it actually do?
Suppose I want 10 submissions for a project. Using a scheduler normally it would reach 10 and then place project into Active (P) and the work on other 9 projects in scheduler.
So what does the "Stop Projects With Active Pause" do. Since projects with active pause are already paused what is the difference?

One example:
You have 100 project, the scheduler however should only start 10 projects for 30 minutes. After 10 minutes all 10 projects reached the point where they just pause as there submission limit is reached. Now you would waste 20 minutes of no activity (beside verifying) where the other 90 projects might still be able to work.
That new option will stop the 10 "on pause"-projects and start some others.
