GSA using 100% CPU even at 150 threads on a 5 core 5GB VPS. Any fix?

Hi there. So I'm having a consistent issue with GSA for a while now. Previously I was using a 2 core 3 gb cpu but then upgraded to a 5 core 5 gb vps to give GSA more resources to use. But as of now, it is still using 100% cpu on just 150 threads. The settings are the usual that most of us universally have. But I have posted the screenshots of all the settings give you a better understanding of how I'm using it. 

My question is: Is there a way we can reduce the cpu usage because I clearly remember myself using it at 300 threads without any issues. Is the issue with the recent update or maybe my settings need to be tweaked a little bit to get that performance.

    i had same issues and ended up just moving to a dedicated server. no issues since then. 

    those vps providers that say you get '5 cores' or '8' cores or whatever means nothing when its shared resources ive found.
