Custom Target Url Lists For A Project

Greetings

Is there a way to make a project use only a short custom list of target urls every day? I have a special project I want to limit URL making to 1 per site every 24 hours, where the target websites are a list of hand picked websites.

    yes of course thats possible. In project options set it to only build one link per day and then pause.
    Disable all search engines and check boxes below that box.
    Then import your target urls that project with a right click->import target urls.
