Too Many Submitted Links and Few Verified Links..what to do?

I am using gsa ser and making article,blog comments,forum,guestpost,directory and web 2.0 engines for link building and i am getting only 25 verified links against 732 submitted links..what should be done in that case? Please help.

blog comments take a lot of submitted to see verified. Same for some article sites like drupal or wordpress that allow registration/login but later no submission (can only be seen then).
