unable to get pr emulator working

I followed the instructions on  setup and started projects and nothing. any ideas

what instructions in detail? Did you follow them from here?

yes, I read them 3 times to insure I did it correctly.  I do have cb running also, I read it can cause problems if both products are using port 80, is this true?

yes thats true. However you don't need CB running with the webserver option enabled when using it only with Search Engine Ranker.

I use CB for captcha services for other programs also, that's the problem.

ok, then this is not working. There has to be a webserver opened on port 80 and only one program can do that at a time.
