Bad words filter not working

I am using filter for bad words in url/domain http://prntscr.com/bbze0k
but still when I get the campaign completed., I can see lots of domains that are having the words that should have been skipped. How is this possible @Sven
Please check the filter. The same is the case with outbound links filter. If you want I can send you ser files too and you can check them too.
