GSA Indexer question

Hello guys,

Could you please let me know how to use the Indexer exactly? For example in SER I added the option to index backlinks to the Indexer and that should be it right? Why then in the Multiple URL window some other sites pupup that have nothing to do with the backlinks I created.

    the links who pupup in that multible urls window are all of those you created with SER and are not form anywhere else.
