    Yes, you need a way to index/power it up.

    yes. but you need diversity. i.e. don't create only wordpress 2.0's. you can fgo to any of the 2.0 platforms (FCS) and see what the 2.0 population looks like. whether manual or automated, you must diversify for safety.
